My ambition is to share cookery skills with you.

Past students in my healthy eating cookery classes really enjoyed creating meals from everyday ingredients. I decided to go further and offer a variety of classes and courses suitable for every ability. I want you to get in touch with your inner cook, and cook wholesome foods with ordinary ingredients.

I am a County Cavan native and I invite you to come to our beautiful lakeland county.  Enjoy the fresh air and drumlin views. Come along and try your hand at Irish cooking, and taste our terrific Cavan produce.
